Devices are inspected for serviceability to qualify for insurance for the next school year

• Device insurance is purchased through the TVUSD webstore.
• Purchasing window opens: May 23, 2025
• Webstore closes: June 13, 2025

Device insurance is available for purchase to all NEW students to the district (including Kindergarten and students in grades 6-12 who receive a brand new iPad that did not opt in). No device inspections are needed as students are provided a new or already inspected device.

TVUSD SCHOOL DIRECTORY

Anyone interested in device insurance can purchase insurance at their site with a device inspection. New students can also purchase insurance at the site without an inspection for 2 weeks after a device is checked out to them. 

• Purchasing window opens: September 2, 2025
• Purchasing closes: April 24, 2026
• Device insurance is purchased at the school site. Contact your school's front office for more information.

TVUSD SCHOOL DIRECTORY

Device insurance is purchased through the TVUSD webstore. The webstore will open again for ALL students after device inspections for SY 2026/2027. 

• May 26, 2026 - June 12, 2026

Please note: device insurance will NOT be sold during district-wide device inspections unless you are a new student to the district.
